Now Hiring - Healthcare Account Management Lead, US in New York, NY

Your mission

• Act as the single point of contact for customers to ensure they achieve their objectives from Huma’s technology
• Maximize adoption of Huma’s technology within customer accounts and support sales teams in achieving revenue goals
• Support the sales team in closing out contracts and Deployment teams in implementing Huma's solutions
• Work cross-functionally to launch Remote Patient Monitoring programs for new therapeutic areas

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

• 5+ years experience in supporting healthcare providers (i.e., hospitals, IDNs, specialty clinics / practices) to use technology (e.g., RPM, digital health, etc)
• Deep knowledge of respiratory / pulmonary practices
• Strong sales acumen - energized in achieving revenue targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of and experience with CRM tools/platforms
